More than 2 thousand allowance related to the birth of a child were issued during the quarantine period in East Kazakhstan

More than 600 expectant mothers received social benefits in the event of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth, as well as more than 1,500 families used online methods to receive benefits for the birth and care of a child from the moment of termination of work of the public service center in connection with quarantine.

The State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, in order to provide the population with services that were previously accepted only through PSCs, including the design of the so-called “antenatal”, accepts them through the special service “Electronic Calls” on egov.kz.

Expectant mothers need to log in to the egov.kz portal, then go to the “Electronic appeals” section and attach scanned copies of the identity card, sick leave and bank account number.

For families with a child, an online service on registration of benefits for the birth of a child and care for him is available in the "Child" section of the "Family" section of egov.kz.

It is worth noting that in order to receive services on the egov.kz electronic government portal, you must have an electronic digital signature, which can now also be obtained online without having to go to a public service center.

Also, for citizens registered in the Mobile Citizens Base, a proactive service is provided that allows you to register the birth of a child, draw up benefits and put the child on the queue in kindergarten using message.
