Of course, much is incomprehensible to our citizens, we have to explain everything and help them. There are quite strange appeals. For example, they may call and ask “how to sew a medical mask at home” or ask them to bring a laptop to their home so that they can use it to receive services,”says specialists from the public services department No. 3 of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
The employee has been working remotely for two weeks, almost from the moment when all PSCs in the country suspended their work.
The decision to switch to a remote format was made to quickly get people the necessary public services as soon as possible. Specialists, working remotely, try to help and advice everyone.
