The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry has implemented the mobile application "PSC". It will allow Kazakhstanis to receive public services via a video call via a Smartphone.

             Today, operators of the East Kazakhstan region receive calls from customers through the PSC application

             It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, about 1,000 services have been provided to the East Kazakhstan Region through the PSC application, of which 702 received EDS.

             "The Mobile PSC application makes life easier for citizens. Through it, you can get consulting support by video call, book a queue at the PSC, instantly get an electronic queue ticket by scanning a QR code, see the location of the nearest PSC, and find out answers to frequently asked questions," they noted. in the press service of the branch "Government for Citizens" in East Kazakhstan region.

             In general, through the PSC mobile application it will be possible to receive 25 types of public services, with 61 subtypes.

             Among them there are public services such as obtaining a certificate of good conduct, an extract from the pension fund, registration at the place of residence, receiving benefits for the birth of a child, etc.

             To receive any public services using a video call, you need to go through biometric identification.
