In connection with the coronavirus infection COVID-19, in accordance with the decree of the chief sanitary doctor for the East Kazakhstan region No. 2 of March 30, 2020, restrictions were introduced in the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey and 15 checkpoints were installed.
Public transport suspended (bus, taxi, etc.)
Movement from districts to the regional center and back is allowed only for vehicles supplying food, agricultural products, as well as medicines (you can get a special pass for unhindered movement during restrictions at the regional department of entrepreneurship and agriculture).
At the time of restrictions, special vehicles (ambulance, police, emergency situations, etc.) are issued special passes.
