Journey into the Bird World

International Bird Day began to be celebrated in 1906 after the ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Birds. The main provisions are aimed at protecting all types of birds during nesting and moving, the constant protection of species of birds facing extinction, the prohibition or restriction of certain types of hunting, the creation of reserves for breeding birds and environmental education. Birds are the harbingers of spring, a sign of the awakening of nature from hibernation. The Marqakol Rural Library organized a virtual drawing contest on the theme “Journey into the Bird World” in honor of National Bird Day, in order pupils can understanding the universal value of birds in nature, love for the motherland, land, forests and lakes. The competition was attended by students such as: Magulbekova Ayazhan from the 9th grade, Toqtarbekqyzy Aizhan from the 6th grade, Alіbekuly Ali from the 4th class, Aydarkhanova Aizere from the 4th class, Kamalbekova Kausar from the 4th class, Toqtarbekqyzy Ayala from 0th grade and Qalioldaeva Inabat from 3rd grade. The students took an active part, the competition was held at a high level. Since ancient times, people have loved birds. Let's protect the birds, which are the beauty, grace and song of this nature!
