Burning garbage

Spring has come to our district. You joyfully open the windows after sitting in the four walls over the winter, take a deep breath and ... What happens next depends on your state of health, because instead of fresh air suffocating smoke bursts into your lungs from last year's burning leaves. Everyone is trying to clean their yard of garbage by burning it in place. What is strictly prohibited both from the point of view of ecology, and from the point of view of fire safety. When you burn garbage and old leaves a lot of toxic substances are released and you create a huge fire hazard. So, for example, often people commit gross violations of fire safety rules when burning garbage, after which a fire occurs, as a result of which outbuildings in the residential sector are damaged. No one can guarantee complete safety when burning garbage. Dear residents of the Kurchum district, the Emergency Situations Department of the Kurchum District warns: think about the consequences before burning garbage in places which not intended for this purpose. For information, recall that according to Art. 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses”, non-compliance with the norms and requirements of fire safety rules when storing and burning industrial and household waste, entails a warning or a fine for individuals of three or more, for officials in the amount of twenty, for small businesses or non-profit organizations in thirty monthly calculation indices (MCI).
