All public service centers have been transferred to a new operating mode

In connection with the beginning of the quarantine in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty, it was decided to change the operating mode of the Public Service Centers. The number of services provided by PSCs will be limited. Citizens will only be able to receive services that are not available online. Moreover, all public service centers in the country will work until 17.00.

Among the services that the Public Service Centers will continue to provide are the issuance of passports and identity cards, the appointment of pensions and various types of benefits, etc. The full list of the services provided by PSCs can be viewed on the website gov4c.kz
Today, 80% of government services are automated and available on the eGov.kz e-government portal, eGov Mobile mobile application, as well as through the telegram bot. In case of any difficulties and questions related to the receipt of public services, citizens can contact the Unified Contact Center 1414 from mobile and landline phones. The call is free. As previously reported, the Ministry, together with JSC NIT, JSC Kazakhtelecom and NJSC Government for Citizens, carried out work to strengthen the contact center.
At the same time, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry strongly recommends citizens not to visit PSCs without an urgent need, since Public Service Centers are crowded places.
