The branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in East Kazakhstan region informs visitors who need to replace their rights: this can be done online through the eGov.kz e-government portal, as well as using mobile applications of banks. - You can exchange a driver's license through eGov.kz and the Kaspi.kz application. This method of replacing the document will save citizens' time and eliminate the need to stand in line, the press service said. - The mechanism for obtaining this service online is simple. You need to go to the egov.kz portal or the bank application, fill out an application, sign it with your EDS and select a special PSC. The application is accompanied by a photo and a scan with the image of the signature. After receiving an SMS notification, you must go to the specified special PSC to receive a ready-made document. If you change your driver's license after the expiration date, you will need certificates from a mental and drug dispensary, as well as a medical certificate of form 073.
