"Government for Citizens" told residents of East Kazakhstan region how to register a business online

Today, among the public services provided by the State Corporation in the field of registration of legal entities, the state service for registration of legal entities, registration of their branches and representative offices (small and medium-sized businesses) is fully automated by submitting an electronic notification, which is filled out on the web portal of "electronic Government ”(without the participation of the human factor).

According to Meruert Tarybayeva, Deputy Director of the Government for Citizens branch in East Kazakhstan region, in order to open an LLP, a start-up entrepreneur does not need a charter, does not need to pay registration fees or go to the tax office. All you need is a computer and a digital signature. Registering an LLP on egov.kz will take less than 30 minutes if you follow the instructions.

Thus, for the state registration of a legal entity belonging to a small business entity, the founder (founders) submits a notification to the registering body about the start of entrepreneurial activity in the form established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The electronic notification is completed and submitted on the "electronic government" web portal.

At the same time, the charters (regulations) of legal entities belonging to small businesses, their branches and representative offices are not submitted in the process of state registration.

After filling in the appropriate fields, the system will ask you to check the correctness of all data. And if everything is correct, the system will process the information and issue a certificate of registration of the LLP in 30 minutes (maximum).
