But with his uncoordinated actions, he did not get into the sink of the washbasin, but fell on the rags that lay on the wooden structures of the washbasin, which caused a fire and subsequently caused a fire.

The perpetrators of such ridiculous fires live in the neighborhood, perhaps next to you, which means that they should be under special control, because they are a threat to you and people close to you.
