Public control over the work of employees serving the financial market of the region (Akimat of the Kalgutinsky rural district)

The head of the project office "Kurshim - Adaldyk alany" B. Nurumova conducted public control over the work of the chief specialist of the accountant of the Kalgutinsky rural district N. Zhangazina.

In the institution, the number of employees in the state is 11, today the number of employees is 9, 1 specialist is on parental leave, 1 vacancy for a leading specialist.

The accounting department works with the programs 1-C, "Sail". The budget of the akimat of the rural district for 2021 amounted to 32.2 million tenge. Allocated for street lighting, maintenance - 1 million 538 thousand tenge, sanitary and cleaning work - 627 thousand. tenge, for improvement - 7 million 747 thousand tenge (300 thousand tenge from tax revenues, 7 million 647 thousand tenge from the district budget).

A car purchased in 2011 was registered in the akimat, furniture was purchased, and today it is fully equipped with computer equipment. There are no wage arrears.

In 2022, funds were allocated for the construction of penal sites for keeping livestock in the villages of Karatogay, Akshi, a split for livestock. To date, the akimat of the rural district is working on the registration of land plots, an agreement is being concluded for the development of design and estimate documentation.

As part of the National Project, work is underway to build a children's playground, sports ground, workout in the village of Karatogay. A budget application has been sent for the repair of intra-settlement roads with a length of 6 km 900 meters.
