Public control over work in the field of social protection of the region

10 children aged from 3 to 18 years old are served at KSU "Territorial center for the provision of social assistance" by 10 employees (2 educators, speech pathologist, psychologist, medical worker, physical education teacher, cook, nutritionist 0.25 rate, dietary nurse ) provides services. The number of waiting lists is 3.

30 social workers serve 21 children, 94 citizens over 18 years of age with psycho-neurological pathology for 8 types of services on measures of adaptation to life in accordance with the standards of social service (pedagogical, psychological, household, medical, economic, legal, cultural, labor) in Department of special social assistance at home for children with disabilities and citizens over 18 years of age with psycho-neurological pathology. Visits by social workers at least 2 times a week, according to the plan, a special journal is compiled.

112 people are provided with 24 social workers through departments of special social services at home for lonely elderly and disabled people. The service is set to 5 people per 1 specialist. Whitewashing the house once a year, mopping the floors once a week, buying medicines, groceries, etc. organized with a visit at least 2 times a week.

Specialists working in all departments have special education and have been certified. To date, there are no registered complaints.

In the course of public control, the working group visited the homes of recipients of services N.F. Vinkert., N.I. Bogomolova, N.V. Borisova, where they got acquainted with the quality of receiving services. Service recipients expressed gratitude and appreciation for the quality of social services.
