In East Kazakhstan region, the service of delivering documents from the PSC to the house is available

"Government for Citizens" launched a service for the delivery of finished documents to the house. Now, East Kazakhstanis do not need to go to the Public Service Center for ready-made documents, the courier will deliver them to any specified place, whether it be a home or an office.

Now residents of the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey can order documents on state registration of rights (encumbrances) to real estate, acts on land plots, apostilled documents on education, archival certificates, duplicates of military cards and other ready-made documents, in total about two hundred types of public services.

At the moment of readiness of the previously ordered document in the Public Service Center, the client receives an SMS message with an offer to use the delivery service. Upon agreement, the client follows a personal link and fills in the delivery address. Next, the client needs to pay the cost of delivery within the city - 970 tenge. The courier will deliver the mail within one working day from the date of order.

“I'm sure the news is good, especially for those who don't have time to 'run' around PSCs. -We are creating additional services so that not only the service process at the Public Service Center is as comfortable as possible, but there is no need to repeatedly come for the finished document. Accordingly, I suggest that everyone try out our new service for the delivery of ready-made documents, ”said Ruslan Kibke, deputy director of the Government for Citizens branch in East Kazakhstan region.

Recall that in April 2021, the Government for Citizens State Corporation launched a service for the delivery of finished documents in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent. Now the service is launched in all regions of Kazakhstan.
