Kurchum district maslikhat, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils", the order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Model Regulations on the Public Council" dated February 26, 2021 No. 69 announces the selection of competition observers on the election of members of the working group on the formation of the Public Council of the Kurchum region.

Kurchum district maslikhat, until December 26, 2021 (inclusive), accepts citizenship to participate as an observer in the selection of a working group to form the Public Council, according to the application form.
