Public control over the quality of outpatient care in settlements

It is known that today the quality of medical services is very important. In this regard, on November 24 of this year, the chairman of the Women's Council of the Boran rural district Amrenova G. conducted public control over the work of the polyclinic in the village of Boran.

The building of the polyclinic in the village was about the construction of an old, in general, new building, which is currently under renovation in 2022. The head of the polyclinic is an experienced specialist Rapikova L., in 1990 she graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Medical Institute with a degree in pediatrics. According to the staff, there are doctors and medical staff there.

Residents of the villages of Igilik, Shengeldy, Zhideli, Right Kalzhyr of the rural district are served by 4 medical workers. In the village of Kalzhyr, there is no FAP on the right, the first-aid post in Zhideli is in disrepair, so the treatment is organized by the medical staff of the village of Boran. It is expected that the issue with the first-aid post in the village of Kalzhyr will be resolved in 2022.

The ambulatory building is heated by an electric boiler, the water is supplied by a pump. The day hospital has 2 beds. It is possible to treat 20-25 patients per month.

There are enough stocks of medicines, there are no complaints from the villagers. There is an ambulance, which was put into operation in 2014, and today needs to be repaired. The request was made to the regional central hospital.

228 patients are registered at the dispensary, 32 children are registered. Free medicines are distributed on time. Explanatory work is currently underway to vaccinate children against coronavirus infection.
