Conducting public control over the work of laboratories for monitoring the quality of drinking water

On 11.2021, the head of the project office "Karshim - Adaldyk alagy", freelance adviser to the district akim B. Nurumova, secretary of the regional maslikhat M. Kalelov conducted public control over the work of the laboratory for monitoring the quality of drinking water.

In the Kurchum district branch of the branch of the Republican State Enterprise for the right of economic management "National Center of Expertise" of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for East Kazakhstan region there are 1 manager (acting director Z. Akhmadieva), 5 specialists, 8 business workers. In accordance with the state, the staff is complete. New laboratory instruments were issued in 2011-2012, the thermostat was issued in 2020. On the balance sheet there is a 2002 Niva car, the institution was transferred in 2007, the technical condition is old, not suitable.

An institution, an expert in the examination of the composition of drinking water, the quality of food at business facilities (cafes, toyhana, restaurants), in preschool institutions, schools, summer camps, the purity of vegetables grown by entrepreneurs in the region from impurities harmful to human health. Of the 285 examinations carried out to check the quality of drinking water for 10 months of this year, 51 showed a positive result, out of 530 examinations conducted in 2020, 108.

When examining the composition of water, the orgonoleptic composition (color, taste, smell, turbidity), chemical (presence of salts, chemical elements), bacteriological (presence of bacteria, viruses) is checked. This includes determining the total number of microbes, the total number of bacteria in water (the number of bacteria in 100 ml of water), thermotolerant bacteria in water (the number of bacteria in 100 ml of water).

Under the program of clean drinking water in the region, an examination was carried out and a conclusion was given on water supply in the villages of Egindybulak, Akzhailau, Karashilik, Pravo Ust Kalzhir, Teriskei Bokenbai, Urynkhai, Bugymyuz, Kainarly.
