Kurchum regional probation service No. 2

To date, in the probation service No. 2 of the Kurchum district, those sentenced to punishment not related to isolation from society, for 2021, 25 convicted citizens have been registered. Of these, 11 citizens were sentenced to restriction of freedom, 1 on probation, 5 citizens were deprived of the right to engage in certain activities. 3 convicts sentenced to punishment not related to isolation from the above society were deregistered due to the easing of the term of serving the sentence, 2 convicts were deregistered due to the expiration of the term of serving the sentence, 3 convicts were transferred to other OPS due to a change of address. For the timely detection of offenses and recidivism of crimes on the part of persons sentenced to punishment not related to deprivation of liberty, work was carried out jointly with the UPI raypo at their place of residence. Of the number of convicts who are registered, no repeated criminal offenses were committed.
