Clients who apply for a passport and identity card at public service centers can pay the state duty using a QR code. The government for citizens, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implemented the possibility of accepting payment directly from the operator of the migration service.
When applying for a service to the operator of the migration service, which accepts applications for issuing a passport and identity card, a client can immediately pay the fee through the QR payment system of Homebank or Kaspi banking applications without contacting the cashier.
