Monitoring compliance with the employment contract by employees in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On July 21 of this year, the head of the project office "Kurshim - Adaldyk alany" B. Nurumova, the secretary of the district maslikhat M. Kalelov met with the head of the peasant farm "ZhAZ" with. Kalzhyr Zh. Azimbaev and monitored compliance with the employment contract by employees.
Employment contracts have been concluded with the workers involved in the work; in the summer period, work is carried out on the farm on a contractual basis with 15 workers (sowing, protection), in the winter period with 5-6 workers.
Work has been organized to conclude labor contracts with employees involved in work, compulsory medical insurance, ensure the transfer of funds to pension funds, and observe security measures.
