In accordance with Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On military service and the status of military personnel", the Department of Defense of the Kurchum region selects citizens under the military-trained reserve program in the branches of the State Enterprise "Higher Technical School of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan", at the age of twenty-four to twenty-seven years old, fit for health reasons for military service, including those with legal deferrals from conscription for military service.
