How to extend the validity period of the EDS?

First, an SMS message will be sent to your phone, which means that it is time to look into your personal account on the portal of the National Certification Center pki.gov.kz. And then we act according to the algorithm:

📌 Fill in all the data regarding the current EDS;

📌Click the "Update key list" button. If the EDS password is entered correctly, the authentication key will be displayed. We sign and get to work;

📌To work with EDS, go to the "My EDS Keys" tab. In the drop-down menu, select the item "Reissue EDS keys".

📌Next, fill in the main fields, click on the "Apply" button, confirm and sign;

📌If you choose a computer to store your digital signature, create and enter a password for your digital signature keys and click the "Upload certificates" button.

❗️Attention

✔️If you are not registered in the database of mobile citizens, then the SMS message does not come.

✔️Password must contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, as well as numbers.

✔️Minimum password length is 6 characters.

 

❗️ Do not trust your EDS to anyone. By transferring your digital signature to another person, you give him access to your personal data☝️
