Kazakh conscripts can be released from the army online

On the e-licensing portal elicense.kz, services for exemption from military service and provision of deferment from conscription became available. Now recruits do not need to go to the draft board, they can get these services online💻.
To receive services, you need to log in to the elicense.kz portal, in the “Security” tab, select the desired service and government agency from the list📄. Further, having filled in the presented and additional fields, indicating the reason for the delay or release, as well as the place of the state on the military register, and uploading electronic copies of documents🗂, you must sign the application using an EDS.
The Conscription Commission 👩‍💻 considers the application with the attached files and issues an opinion on exemption from conscription for military service or granting a deferment from conscription, or a reasoned refusal to provide public services.
