The Social Health Insurance Fund commented on the cases of “falling out” of citizens of preferential categories from the compulsory health insurance system.
For representatives of 15 beneficiary categories, which is almost 11 million Kazakhstanis, for whom the state makes contributions, the Medical Insurance Fund has developed an algorithm for assigning a temporary status (for one month) by contacting its clinic or independently - through the Qoldau 24/7 mobile application.
Thus, emerging problems with the insurance status of representatives of the privileged category of the population are resolved promptly, the patient gets access to medical services.
When a patient contacts a medical organization, its employee scans (photographs) the patient's supporting document and sends it to the FSMS via the Qoldau 24/7 mobile application. The Foundation assigns a status to the patient for 1 month, and a corresponding notification is sent to him.
The representative of the privileged category can do the same on his own by downloading the Qoldau 24/7 mobile application in the App Store and Play Market. You need to upload a confirming document of participation in the privileged category and send it to the FSMS. The Foundation will assign the status to the applicant for 1 month and send a corresponding notification.
The Fund noted that it is necessary to check the status through official services - on the FSMS website fms.kz, the Qoldau 24/7 mobile application, Saqtandyru-bot in Telegram. All systems work properly and transparently.
Twice a month, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" provides the Social Health Insurance Fund with updated databases on preferential categories. To confirm the permanent status of insurance, you must contact the State Corporation at 1414.
Also, information on the presence or absence of payments, refunds made can be obtained on the Portal of "Electronic Government" https://egov.kz/. To do this, order there the electronic state service "Issuance of information on participation as a consumer of medical services and on the transferred amounts of deductions and (or) contributions in the system of compulsory social health insurance."
