Storm Warning

When a storm warning is announced, do not take risks and stay within populated areas.
Information about road closures can be found in the Darmen mobile app or by calling the KazAvtoZhol 24/7 call center at 1403.

If you encounter a road closure while traveling, return to the nearest populated area.

During the winter period, prepare your vehicle for long trips in advance. Take with you a shovel, flashlight, first-aid kit, warm clothes, and a reserve of fuel and lubricants.

While on the road, pay attention to road signs and restrictions.
Before a long journey, be sure to check weather conditions in advance.

In case of an emergency, call 112.
