Article 647. Non-fulfillment by citizens of duties on military registration

Non-appearance of a citizen who is or is required to be registered with the military at the call of the local military authority within the specified period without a good reason, or arrival in a populated area (administrative region) for permanent residence or place of temporary stay (for a period of more than three months), as well as on business trips, for study, on vacation or for treatment (for a period of more than three months), who is obliged to apply within seven working days to the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" at the place of arrival with an application for military registration - entails a fine of in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.

Article 648. Evasion of medical examination or fees

1. Evasion of a medical examination or examination directed by a commission for the registration of citizens for military registration or a draft commission - entails a fine for those liable for military service in the amount of five monthly calculation indices, and for conscripts - a warning or a fine in the amount of three monthly calculation indices.

2. Evasion of military servicemen from military training - entails a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.

Article 649. Deliberate damage or loss of military registration documents

Deliberate damage or destruction of a military ID or other military registration documents of a citizen subject to conscription for military service, as well as the loss of a military ID or other military registration documents of a citizen subject to conscription for military service through the fault of the owner - entails a warning or a fine in the amount of five monthly settlement indicators.

Article 387. Evasion of military service

1. Evasion of conscription for military service in the absence of legal grounds for exemption from this service -
shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one thousand monthly calculation indices, or by corrective labor in the same amount, or by community service for a term of up to four hundred hours, or by restraint of liberty for a term of up to one year, or by deprivation of liberty for the same term.

2. The same act committed:

1) by causing harm to oneself;

2) by simulating the disease;

3) by means of forgery of documents or other fraud, -
shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices, or by corrective labor in the same amount, or by community service for a term of up to eight hundred hours, or by restraint of liberty for a term of up to three years, or by deprivation of liberty for the same term.
