The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" reports a steady increase in the use of digital services among visitors to Public Service Centers (PSCs) and Specialized PSCs. Since the beginning of the year, more than 1.7 million e-tickets have been issued through the PSC mobile app, significantly streamlining the service process.

The queue registration feature using QR codes has become an indispensable tool when visiting PSCs and Specialized PSCs, reflecting high user engagement. In total, 1,764,007 electronic tickets have been issued through the mobile app since January. This innovation has helped reduce the workload on reception staff and increase the speed of service delivery.

The virtual ticket functions the same way as a traditional paper ticket: it secures the customer's place in the queue without requiring a visit to the reception desk.

To use this service, users need to install the PSC mobile application (available on Google Play and the App Store), log in, and select the "Queue Ticket at PSC" option. After scanning the QR code displayed at the reception desk, users choose the required service type and tap “Continue.” The system will then automatically generate a virtual ticket. When the user’s number appears on the information screen, they can proceed directly to the specialist.

The State Corporation continues to promote the digital transformation of public services by implementing modern solutions that make interaction between citizens and the government more accessible, convenient, and efficient.
