Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions can be registered at Public Service Centers

Public Service Centers (PSCs) continue to provide services for the registration of real estate purchase and sale transactions. This allows citizens to transfer property ownership directly. The regional branch of “Government for Citizens” in East Kazakhstan reported this development.

PSC staff assist citizens at every stage of the process, helping with document preparation and explaining all the necessary details.

According to specialists from the branch, the procedure is carried out using standard contracts approved by government authorities. To complete the registration, one must visit the nearest PSC, provide an ID and documents confirming property ownership, fill out a standard agreement with the help of a specialist, and register the transaction.

Notably, over one thousand transactions have been registered by the regional branch since the beginning of the year.
