Patrols Conducted in Forest-Steppe Areas

In order to prevent and reduce the risk of wildfires, the Department for Emergency Situations of the Kurchum District, in cooperation with relevant government agencies, is carrying out a series of preventive measures.

Since the beginning of the fire-prone season, more than 30 joint patrols and inspections have been conducted. Awareness-raising conversations are being held with visitors in popular recreation areas, focusing on forest fire safety rules and proper actions in case of fire detection.

As a result of fire safety violations, five individuals have been held administratively liable.
