On recognizing as invalid the decision of the Kurchum regional maslikhat dated April 25, 2018 No. 22/11-VI "On the establishment of uniform rates of the fixed tax in the Kurchum region"

Based on paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", subparagraph 2) of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "On the Enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget "(Tax Code)", Kurchum regional maslikhat DECIDED:
