In accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 504 "On Approval of the Model Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing the Size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need ", the Kurchum regional maslikhat DECIDED:
