For the analyzed period, the apparatus of the akim of the Kurchum region received 254 appeals from individuals and representatives of legal entities, of which 215 appeals from individuals, 39 appeals from legal entities. The topic of appeals in 2019 has not changed significantly: as in previous years, issues related to land use (68 appeals, or 27% of the total number of applications), housing and communal services (48, or 19%), labor and employment, social and pensions (33, or 13%), agriculture (23, or 9%) and others.
For 2019, the leadership of the apparatus of the akim of the Kurchum district held 40 receptions, 74 people were accepted. The apparatus of the akim of the Kurchum district has strengthened control over the progress of work with appeals, and also, in order to improve the quality of the consideration of appeals by individuals and legal entities, work is underway to provide practical and methodological assistance to employees of district departments and akimats of rural districts.
