SCRUM MEETING ON THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

On March 28 of this year, D. Nurpeisova, advisor to the akim of Katonkaragai district, head of the project office of «Katonkaragai - Adaldyk Alany», held a SCRUM meeting with responsible specialists of akimats of rural districts to improve the quality of public services.

 

During the meeting, the list of newly approved public services, the procedure for reporting and increasing the share of electronic services were considered.

 

To date, the local executive bodies of the Katon-Karagai district provide 65 types of public services, 5 of which are within the competence of the akim of the rural district -

services in the field of land relations, architecture and construction.

 

In addition, the importance of meeting deadlines and business processes in the provision of services to the public was emphasized.
