On November 27, 2019, a seminar on the observance of legislation on public service and on the fight against corruption was held in the Finance Department of East Kazakhstan region with the participation of the head of the East Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the National Movement Against Corruption "Zhanaru" Manakov Zh.N.  and the ethics plenipotentiary of the akim of the East Kazakhstan region R. Arystanbek The civil servants were given clarifications of the norms of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On Combating Corruption”, the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants with examples of major violations from the disciplinary practice of the Ethics Council in East Kazakhstan.
