In case of disagreement with the decision of the tender committee, bidders and candidates may appeal the decision of the tender committee to the department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption in the East Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) or in a judicial proceeding in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
