On January 19, Orthodox Kazakhstanis celebrate one of the main national holidays – Epiphany. According to popular custom, believers are dipped in an ice font. This year, the "Epiphany frosts" were not severe. The fonts on the reservoirs of the district were made as safe as possible, so there is no risk that a person will be pulled under the ice. At night, the thermometer dropped to ten degrees below zero. The ice hole was occupied by both adults and children in an extreme holiday. For the convenience of residents, rescuers, employees of the Glubokoe district PD, and medical aid services were on duty near each font. Nearby, special points for warming were equipped. The most extreme holiday - the Epiphany passed without any incidents.
