In accordance with subparagraph 8-1) of paragraph 4 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education", paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstanot April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Glubokoe district Akimat DECIDES:
To make the following change to the resolution of the Glubokoe District Akimat of May 29, 2019 No. 209 "On Approval of the State Educational Order for Preschool Education and Training, the amount of parental pay for 2019 in the Glubokovsky District" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 5988) :
The State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Glubokoe district of the East Kazakhstan region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy akim of the district, E. V. Starenkova.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
the annex to the resolution should be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
State registration of this resolution in the bodies of justice of the East Kazakhstan region;
within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution of the akimat, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed in the territory of the Glubokoe district;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Glubokoe district after its official publication.
