In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine", subparagraph 4) of paragraph 2 of Article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" and based on the submission of the Chief State Veterinary - Sanitary Inspector of the State Institution "Glubokovskaya District Territorial Inspectorate of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated November 20, 2019 No. 543, Akim of the Ushanovsky rural district DECIDED:
- Remove restrictive measures for cattle in the village of Ushanovo, Ushanovsky rural district, Glubokovsky district, in connection with the implementation of a set of veterinary measures to eliminate the disease of brucellosis among cattle.
- Recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Ushanovsky rural district of the Glubokovsky district dated June 17, 2019 No. 4 “On the establishment of restrictive measures for cattle in the village of Ushanovo of the Ushanovsky rural district of the Glubokovsky district” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under the number 6021 , published in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on June 24, 2019).
- To the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Ushanovsky rural district of the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan region;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed in the territory of the Glubokovsky district;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Glubokovsky district akimat after its official publication.
