In January-May 2020, in all categories of farms in the district, the sale of livestock and poultry for slaughter in live weight amounted to 2463.5 tons (102.7% compared to the same period), milk production – 17817.2 tons (106.3 %), eggs – 6530.4 thousand pieces (101.1 %). The main producers of meat, milk and eggs are the farms of the population, they produce 80.5%, 40.7%, and 54.8% of the district's volumes, respectively.
