Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons included in the register of persons from whom land plots were forcibly seized, as well as the winners of the competition who refused to sign an agreement on temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot, within one year.
