Conducted an audit event in the Glubokovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region on the use of budgetary funds and the validity of payments for 2021 according to the following audit opinion:
-audit opinion No. 140 dated May 06, 2021 (the object of the audit of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Glubokovsky district");
-audit report No. 253 dated December 21, 2021 (the object of audit of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Kozhokhovsky rural District of the Glubokovsky district");
-audit report No. 9 dated January 26, 2022 (the object of audit of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Glubokovsky district");
The budget funds for 466,730.9 thousand tenge were covered, violations of the budget and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 66,328.6 thousand tenge were established, including the amount of guarantee contributions for the performance of contracts in the amount of 357.8 thousand tenge to be refunded, payment made according to acts of work performed with building materials in the amount of 46,398.4 thousand tenge, as well as the amount unreasonably paid in the amount of 19,572.4 thousand tenge.
