General requirements for the order and commissioning of the facility

According to the requirements of the current legislation, the acceptance and commissioning of facilities is carried out in accordance with the established procedure in accordance with Article 75 of the Law and by the owner independently (in a simplified manner) in accordance with Article 74 of the Law.

In accordance with the established procedure, in accordance with Article 75 of the Law, acceptance and commissioning of the constructed facility are carried out by the customer when it is fully ready in accordance with the approved project and there is a declaration of conformity, conclusions on the quality of construction and installation work and compliance of the work performed with the approved project.

Acceptance of the constructed object into operation is executed by an act. The act of acceptance of the constructed object into operation is subject to approval. The acceptance certificate is approved by the customer. The date of signing the certificate of acceptance of the facility into operation is considered the date of its approval and the date of commissioning of the facility.

The act of acceptance of the constructed object into operation is signed by the customer, contractor, persons carrying out technical and author supervision.
