Residential complex "Premiere"

Management on the basis of the appeal of individuals and technical supervision of the object of the residential complex "Premiere", located on pr. Satpayeva, pos. 79. and pos. 80, an unscheduled inspection was carried out against the Developer - "TURQUOISE PREMIER" LLP for compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Architectural, Urban Planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the current building codes and rules. This object is an apartment building with a landscaped territory.

As part of an unscheduled inspection, permits for the construction of the facility were requested from the Developer.

According to the results of an unscheduled inspection, the Department found deviations from the approved design and estimate documentation, which received a positive expert opinion.

On the facts of the revealed violations, administrative proceedings were initiated against the LLP under Part 1 of Article 316 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Moreover, administrative proceedings have been initiated against the contractor who carried out construction and installation works in deviation from the approved design and estimate documentation under Part 1 of Article 312 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Appropriate instructions have been issued to eliminate the identified violations.

Violation of the requirements of the Law "On Shared Construction" was also established. In this connection, adm records management has been initiated against the LLP under Article 320 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The case materials have been sent to the court for consideration.
