Residential complex "AB-Residence"

The Department, based on a letter of technical supervision, carried out an unscheduled inspection of the Customer of the construction of an apartment building located along I. Esenberlin Ave., i.e. (hereinafter referred to as the Object) for compliance with the Law "On Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the current building codes and rules. According to the approved project, which received a positive expert opinion, the object is a 12-storey apartment building with commercial premises.

However, during the inspection, it was found that a 14-storey building is under construction. Moreover, there are no relevant permits for the construction of additional 2 floors (13-14 floors), namely, a revised project that has received a positive expert opinion.

According to the results of an unscheduled inspection, administrative proceedings were initiated against the Customer under Part 1 of Article 316 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An order was also issued to eliminate the detected violations.
