Information on the activities of the Department as of 01.10.2023

As of October 1, 2023, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of East Kazakhstan Region accepted for consideration 1726 units of incoming correspondence, appeals of individuals and legal entities - 679.

Over the past period, for violations of the norms and requirements established by the legislation on architectural, urban planning and construction activities, Management:

- 201 administrative cases were initiated for a total amount of 37.4 million tenge, of which 68 administrative cases were sent to the administrative court for decision-making, 32 million tenge was recovered, which is 86 %

- 382 coupons were issued for the acceptance of notifications on the start of construction and installation works, of which 283 are private sector facilities, 99 are budget-funded facilities;
