List of residential complexes under construction in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, not recommended for the purchase of housing

The State Institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region" as of 09/19/2023 puts down a list of residential complexes that do not have a full package of documents for construction:

  1. LCD "Grand Residence" - Krasina str., 11 V, the customer is MRS. Company LLP. There is no expert examination for the project, support of author's and technical supervision, a coupon for notification of the start of production of the CMP. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316, Article 321, Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued. A lawsuit has been filed in court for the compulsory execution of the order. By the court's ruling, the SMR is suspended.
  2. Residential complex "Astoria" - Kokzhal Baraka str., 18a, the customer is Deineka LLP. There is no agreed draft design. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued, the LLP has been deprived of a license.
  3. LCD "Deluxe town" – K. Satpayev Ave., the customer is JSC "SEC "Ertis" together with LLP "Deineka". Deviations from the approved project documentation. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 317 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  4. LCD "Oasis-4" - Kokzhal Baraka str., 19/2, the customer is SELAM KZ LLP. There is no expert examination for the project, support of author's and technical supervision, a coupon for notification of the start of production of the CMP. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316, Article 321, Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued.
  5. Residential complex "Ul'ba House" - Krasina str., 8/2, Customer - Mandaibayeva Zh.A.. Missing – an agreed draft design, an examination of the project and a coupon for notification of the start of production of the SMR. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316, Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued.
  6. Residential complex "Renesans" - 38B Utepova str., the customer is "Elit Stroy group" LLP. Missing – expertise on the project. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued. The court issued a decision on the compulsory execution of the order, the decision was sent to the bailiffs.
  7. Residential complex "Shanyrak" - K. Satpayev Ave., 27 D, the customer is "Shanyrak el" LLP. There is no expert examination for the project, support of author's and technical supervision, a coupon for notification of the start of production of the CMP. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316, Article 321, Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued.
  8. LCD - K. Satpayev Ave., 32, the customer is Orda Trading LLP. There is no expert examination for the project, support of author's and technical supervision, a coupon for notification of the start of production of the CMP. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316, Article 321, Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued.
  9. Residential complex "AB-RESIDENCE" - I.Esenberlin Ave., mkr. "Sport", the customer is TOO "Asyl Bosaga". the construction of the 14th floor is underway, while the state examination has been issued for 12 floors. Measures have been taken under Part 1 of Article 316 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an order has been issued.

In addition, two residential complexes "Ray Residence" (LLP "MRS Company") and the residential complex on Pobedy Street (LLP "Tumar Group") advertise complexes for which notifications about the start of construction and installation work have not been received at the moment.
