Information on "DALA SK INVEST" LLP

State Institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region" on the basis of a letter from the State Institution "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of Ust-Kamenogorsk", administrative proceedings were initiated against DALA SK INVEST LLP, for the object "Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with built-in premises and parking (Grand Residence Residential Complex), located at the address: Ust-Kamenogorsk, ul. Krasina, No. 11B (cadastral number 05-085-056-785)" according to Part 1 of Article 320 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - violation by a developer, an authorized company of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On equity participation in housing construction".

By the resolution of the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Ust-Kamenogorsk, DALA SK INVEST LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 320 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the imposition of an administrative penalty in the form of a fine.

 

Information on "MRS Company" LLP

GU "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of East Kazakhstan Region" on the basis of a letter from GU "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" in relation to LLP "MRS Company"), for the object "Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with built-in premises and Parking (LCD "Grand Residence"), located at: East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Krasina str., 11B" an unscheduled inspection was carried out.

According to the results of the audit in relation to MRS Company LLP, for the object "Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with built-in premises and Parking (LCD "Grand Residence"), located at the address: East Kazakhstan Region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Krasina str., 11B" an administrative case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 316, part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the administrative case was sent to court), an order was issued to eliminate the violations identified.

By the resolution of the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Ust-Kamenogorsk, MRS Company LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for performing construction and installation works without notice.

Also, on the basis of the above unscheduled inspection, the general contractor of Exclusive Story Invest LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 314 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the case file was sent to the Specialized Administrative Court of Ust-Kamenogorsk to consider the issue of bringing to administrative responsibility.

For non-fulfillment of the order of MRS. Company LLP, administrative proceedings were initiated under Part 3 of Article 462 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the case materials were sent to the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Ust-Kamenogorsk to consider the issue of bringing to administrative responsibility.

GU "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of East Kazakhstan Region" on the basis of a letter from GU "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk" in relation to LLP "Elit Story group", for the object "Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with built-in premises and Parking on a land plot with cadastral number 05-085-091-1464, located at: East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, left bank, p. Irtysh, md. Sport, position, 118" an unscheduled inspection was carried out.

According to the investment (cooperation) agreement between Elit Story group LLP, Elit residence LLP is responsible for the development and receipt of all permits for the construction of the Facility, including: sending a notification of the start of construction and installation works, coordination with the MIO of the initial architectural and planning task and approval of the draft design, development of design andcost estimates and conducting a comprehensive non-departmental examination of construction projects.

According to the results of the audit, an administrative case was initiated against Elit residence LLP under Part 1 of Article 316, part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the administrative case was sent to court), an order was issued to eliminate the violations identified.

By the resolution of the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Elit residence LLP was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for performing construction and installation works without notice

 

Information about "Elit Story Group" LLP

Earlier, the Department of GASK of East Kazakhstan Region conducted an unscheduled inspection against Elit Story Group LLP on the object "Construction of the residential complex "Renesans" at the address: East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Utepova str., 38" for compliance with the norms and requirements of the law "On Architectural, Urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

According to the results of an unscheduled inspection, it was found that construction and installation work on the object was carried out without a positive conclusion of a comprehensive examination of the project.

Based on the above, the Customer was brought to administrative responsibility, and an order was issued to eliminate the identified violations.

At the same time, the developer was brought to administrative responsibility for illegally attracting money from shareholders under Part 1 of Article 320 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To date, we inform you that the developer is carrying out construction and installation work in violation of the current legislation, while not fulfilling the requirements of the regulation. Legal proceedings are being held on this fact.
