GU "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region" conducted an unscheduled inspection No. 60 dated 28.03.2023 in relation to MRS Company LLP, for the object "Construction of a multi-storey residential complex with built-in premises and Parking, located at the address: Ust-Kamenogorsk, Krasina str., No. 11B".

According to the results of the inspection, it was revealed that construction and installation works were carried out without permits: there is no receipt of an architectural and planning task, a preliminary design has not been agreed with the local executive, there is no design and estimate documentation.

The Department issued an order to suspend construction and installation work until the requirements of the order are eliminated.

At the same time, the permission of the local executive body to raise funds of shareholders was not issued, as well as the guarantee agreement with the unified operator of JSC "Kazakhstan Housing Company" has not been concluded.

In this connection, a protocol on an administrative violation was also drawn up on this fact and sent to court.
