On February 2, 2022, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the "Concept of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026" (hereinafter - the Concept).

In order to explain the main directions of the Concept to civil servants, on February 28, 2022, the chief specialist of the Anti-Corruption Service of the East Kazakhstan region Bekdaeva Gulnur Aitkumarovna held a seminar with the participation of specialists of the State Institution "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region".

During the seminar, the basic principles, goals and objectives of anti-corruption were explained to civil servants. In order to implement the anti-corruption policy, the staff of the Department announced anti-corruption restrictions and powers of officials of state bodies, anti-corruption organizations, and showed video clips.

At the same time, the chief specialist of the anti-corruption service of the East Kazakhstan Region, G.A. Bekbaeva, in her speech to the staff of the department, noted that according to the results of sociological research, corruption manifestations are still common in the areas of state medical institutions, kindergartens, land and housing relations, as well as in the construction sector, in cases of extortion, or a hint of the need to provide any illegal payments, every citizen of the country can contact the Anti-Corruption Service by the phone number of the call center 1424 and fulfill his civic duty.
