The state institution "Management of the State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of state architectural and construction control and licensing. Mission: formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, sustainable development of settlements and inter-settlement territories. Functions: monitoring of objects and complexes under construction (planned for construction) in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction; licensing in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities; certification of experts for the right to carry out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities; accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;

In 2022, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the East Kazakhstan region provided 358 public services, 358 of them electronically. Thus, the share of public services rendered in electronic form is 100%;
Issuance of a license for project activities - 33;
Issuance of a license for exploration activities - 6;
Issuance of a license for construction and installation work -113;
Accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban development and construction–24;

Public services provided by the department are fully automated.
Public services are not provided through a State corporation.
The procedure for the provision of public services was approved by the rule for the provision of public services in the field of issuing licenses in architectural, urban planning and construction activities and on amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 2020 No. 175. 3. Activities to improve the processes of providing public services
1) All public services provided are automated.
2) There was no event aimed at improving the skills of employees in the provision of public services.
3) In 2022, the Department sent a proposal to the Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
4. Control over the quality of public services
1) In 2022, there were no complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services.
2) The Department carried out internal control over the quality of public services in 2022. Minor violations were identified, which were eliminated in time for verification.
3) In 2022, the authorized body for the assessment and control of the quality of public services did not conduct verification activities.
4) The Department carries out public monitoring of the quality of public services.
