On April 8, 2021, under the chairmanship of the chairman of the TOP "Trade Union Center of East Kazakhstan Region" T. Kasymzhanov, a meeting of the regional tripartite commission on social partnership was held online, with the participation of state bodies and employers.
The information of the head of the department of the State Labor Inspectorate on the ongoing work on the payment of wage arrears in the organizations of the region and on the implementation of the Roadmap for reducing industrial injuries and jobs with harmful working conditions for 2019-2023, with the hearing of the heads of enterprises that allowed an increase in industrial injuries (JSC "United Energy Service Company", LLP "Mining and Metallurgical Service ALTAI", JSC "Semipalatinsk Mshinostroitelny Plant").
The management of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social programs was informed about the situation regarding the release and employment of employees of the BIPEK AUTO - ASIA AUTO Group.
The information of the monitoring working group on forecasting and assessing the situation in the region on the work done was also heard.
The meeting considered the current issue of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021, the procedure for the implementation of activities for the provision of services for the provision of personnel.
Following the meeting, the mayors of cities and districts, state bodies were instructed to take appropriate measures to reduce wage arrears, to implement the "Road Map for reducing industrial injuries and jobs with harmful working conditions for 2019-2023", to strengthen the work of the monitoring working group on forecasting and assessing the situation in the region and preventing social and labor conflicts.
